Product Manager with 10+ years of experience in eCommerce
Domino’s Pizza UK & Ireland
Full-time 6 years +
Domino's is one of the UK's most loved QSR brands, has system sales of ~ £1.5bn p/a and is a truly digital business with ~90% of orders placed online.
Senior Product Manager
Oct 22 - Present (2 years 5 months +)
Milton Keynes, England, United Kingdom
As a Senior Product Manager at Domino's, my role is to discover, prioritise and tackle some of the biggest problems that need solving in a way that works for the whole business.
I'm currently focused on the following:
• Looking at opportunities to leverage accessible AI tools to drive productivity and enhance everyday work in the Product team. Also a member of the Domino's AI Council, which is guiding the strategy and use of AI powered technology.
• Leading discovery around how we can significantly drive order frequency and retention. Working towards creating a simple yet delightful loyalty experience for pizza lovers across the nation.
• Ensuring that customers feel like (and are) getting real value for money. The solution space I'm working in is around improving the discounting experience.
• Ensuring that we deliver value early and often in our re-platforming programme, where we're migrating from our self-built monolith to a highly extensible, API-first platform.
• Supporting leadership in defining our wider product strategy and roadmap.
This role includes:
• Leading initiatives through the product lifecycle, from discovery through to delivery and further iterations with a cross-functional team.
• Working with leadership, up-to c-suite to define and align around areas of our roadmap.
• Shaping up and pitching business cases to secure investment (typically £multi-million) for significant initiatives, often in collaboration with the Head of Product and Chief Technology Officer.
Head of Product
July 2020 - October 2022 (2 years 4 months)
Milton Keynes, England, United Kingdom
During my time in this role, I had the privilege of leading the Product Management and UX team at Domino's UK&I.
My highlights with the team included:
• Launched an award-winning mobile app that grew it's share of sales by 6% and is now Domino's primary channel for growth.
• Kicked off our journey to create our joined-up and personalised experience, which included introducing new capabilities that are delivering £multi-million incremental revenue.
• Collaborating with our CTO to shape up a technology strategy to unlock our ability to innovate at pace. This included initiating our re-platform initiative, which moves us away from our monolith to a highly extensible, microservice based architecture.
I voluntarily stepped out of this role as I wanted to go back into an individual contributor role to get stuck into solving problems again for a period of time.

My responsibilities included end-to-end delivery of optimisations and new features, alongside product strategy.
Whilst at Camelot I focused on:
Creating digital experiences for our new draw based game propositions.
Driving digital base growth by making it easier for players to open an account, pay and get into play.

Making it easier for returning users to play by reducing the amount of time it takes to sign-in or recover an account.
Improving the security of player accounts.
Making the website more accessible.
Building and optimising internal tools that enabled content teams to carry out robust QA checks.
My playbook included:
Product discovery (design thinking / HCD and design sprints)
User research (taking a hypothesis driven approach, then testing through guerrilla / online / labs methods)
Scrum (including UX directly within the team. I also have a CSPO certification)
Taking an iterative approach to delivery (having a bias for action, then learning from insight, user feedback and collaborating with customer support)
Proposition Owner - Digital Gaming
December 2015 - October 2016 (11 months)
Watford / London, England, United Kingdom
In this role I focused on product strategy, discovery and innovation. I worked on creating propositions with a clear vision and business case to improve the digital experience for the millions of our online players.
I created these propositions by bringing together marketing teams, insight (incl. customer research) and UX to ensure we had propositions that were customer first, backed by insight and had buy-in across the business.
I reported into the Head of Digital Strategy and Planning, and also assisted with the wider digital product strategy and the prioritisation of our road map.
Digital CRM Executive

• Reporting on campaign performance using tools such as Adobe Marketing Cloud Analytics and Return Path (deliverability monitoring).
